SHRXD Athletics

Pushing Limits. Achieving Excellence.

Where Performance Meets Science.

SHRXD Athletics isn't just a gym; it's a high-performance laboratory. We combine advanced sport science with grit to unlock the human potential that standard facilities ignore.

THE SHRXD METHOD→ 4 pillars

NEURAL DRIVE

We don't just lift – we wire. Every session starts with central nervous system activation.更快 reaction, heavier lifts.

METABOLIC FLEX

Train oxidative and glycolytic pathways in rotation. 72% of our athletes improve VO₂max within 8 weeks.

BIOMECHANICS LAB

Force plates, 4D motion capture, and real-time feedback. You'll move like you never thought possible.

COGNITIVE EDGE

Reaction training under fatigue, visual tracking drills. We forge unbreakable focus.

2016 – 2018

Underground facility, 20 athletes, one mission.

2019 – 2021

Moved to 12k sqft, partnered with sport science uni.

2022 – 2024

Opened second lab, trained 6 olympians, 13 national records.

“NO ORDINARY GYM”

We were featured in WIRED, Men's Health, and the Sport Science Journal for our data-driven approach. Our head of performance, Dr. Elena Voss, pioneered the «neural priming» protocol used by three NFL teams. Yet SHRXD remains grounded: every programme is adjusted daily based on heart rate variability, sleep, and force output. The result? Progress that isn't linear – it's exponential.

We house a cold chamber, altitude simulation, and the only publicly accessible isokinetic dynamometer in the region. But the real tech is the coaching: 1:3 coach-to-athlete ratio, all with master's degrees in human performance.

The Evolution.

Founded by Olympic coach Aris Thorne, SHRXD was established to provide civilian athletes with the same caliber of training protocols previously reserved for professional leagues and special forces units.

Our journey began in a garage with nothing but two squat racks and a commitment to data-driven results. Today, we stand as the premier destination for hybrid athletes who refuse to choose between strength and speed.

"We don't sell memberships. We sell the version of yourself you haven't met yet."

— Coach Aris

CHRONOLOGY

Deep roots.
Higher peaks.

2012

Garage concept

Aris Thorne begins coaching local athletes in a 400sqft garage. First powerlifter hits national qualifying total.

2016

SHRXD founded

First official facility opens with 4 racks, basic force plates, and 20 athletes. Name becomes official.

2019

12k sqft expansion

Move to current HQ. Partnership with local university sport science lab begins.

2021

Olympic breakthrough

Three SHRXD athletes qualify for Tokyo. First world record (powerlifting) set by Maria Chen.

2023

Biomechanics wing

Addition of motion capture, isokinetic dynamometer, and altitude chamber.

2025

Global reach

Second location announced, online coaching platform surpasses 1,200 active remote athletes.

coach

More than iron.

We believe strength is a side effect of purpose. SHRXD exists to bridge the gap between sport science and human will — no ego, no shortcuts. Every athlete is a living dataset, and we refine the signal.

Our coaches hold advanced degrees, but they also know that breakthroughs happen at 5 a.m. when the mind is raw. We build resilience from the inside out.

RAW FEEDBACK

What athletes say

I came in as a college sprinter, left as a national champion. The science here is unreal — they fixed a decade-old imbalance in 8 weeks.

— J. Chen, 100m hurdles

After knee surgery I thought my powerlifting days were over. SHRXD rebuilt my squat from the ground up, now I'm stronger at 42.

— M. Vega, IPF masters

The cognitive training improved my decision-making under fatigue more than any film session. Game changer for rugby.

— T. Okafor, pro rugby
